BOOT CAMP(All Levels)

 

Drop and give me 20! This class utilizes challenging segments of cardiovascular work, muscle conditioning, and other athletic drills to ensure a complete body workout.

BOXING TECHNIQUE(All Levels)

 

A boxing based, interval training class that mixes body weight training with real life boxing combinations on the heavy bag, to excite and challenge you. Alternating between boxing rounds and boxing drills finishing up with a full body burn out. Gloves and hand wraps are required. CARDIO KICKBOXING(All Levels)

 

Based on various forms of martial arts, this class will teach you the basics of kicking and punching. While incorporating athletic-based drills and core strengthening exercises, this class will get you on your way to a leaner body and healthier state of mind. Fast-paced, high-energy, cardio workout using fighting punches and kicks from kickboxing to challenge your stamina with high-intensity rounds of combinations.

DANCE IT OUT(All Levels)

 

The group fitness studio just became your stage and absolutely no dance experience is required. Dance your way to fitness using fun and simple choreography along with high-energy movement performed to a variety of music styles. This class is intended for all levels, with the emphasis on getting fit while having fun.

FUEL(Intermediate)

 

Fuel is a high intensity training program that alternates intense bursts of activities with fixed periods of less intense exercise or complete rest. Through designed body weight workouts that push intensity to the high end of the training heart range, participants will experience a higher caloric burn long after the workout has concluded.

GROUP TRAINING - CHAOS**(Intermediate)

 

This circuit style workout is held in our Athletic Training Room. Various pieces of equipment such as battle ropes, kettle bells, weighted sleds, and tires are used to create a varied workout that will constantly challenge your endurance, strength and stamina.

GROUP TRAINING - RED ZONE**(Intermediate)

 

It's all about high intensity and heart rate monitoring in this workout. Circuits of rowing, sprinting, cycling and plyometric drills are combine with dynamic body weight and load bearing exercises to create a workout that will push you to a new max.

HIIT PLUS(All Levels)

 

A 50 minute heart pumping total body aerobic and resistance training workout designed to take you near your max limit! The first 25 minutes is interval based high intensitity cardio bursts followed by lower intensity recovery times. The class then focuses your last 20 minutes on a variety of strength, core and stretching exercises. This HIIT workout will help you build lean muscle and maximize your calorie burn hours after your workout.

Pilates is a form of low impact that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Hot Pilates is performed in a very warm and humid studio. it will targe your core and work other aresa of your body as well. Members see improvement in balance, mobility and more. KICKBOXING TECHNIQUE(All Levels)

 

This class combines heart pumping kickboxing and mixed martial arts movements to give participants an introduction to different formats offered in our boxing studio. Build cardio fitness, total body strength and coordination. Kickboxing is a form of martial arts derived from karate. It borrows moves from multiple types of martial arts including full-contact karate, Muay Thai and boxing. Gloves and wraps are required.
