Each facility has a "Member" door. Beside the member door is a card reader with a steady green LED light to indicate that the system is ready. Briskly swipe your key card with the bar code facing the side of the reader with the LED light (different locations have them on different sides). Upon successful validation, the LED will flash green, and the door will unlock for five seconds. If the LED flashes red and the door remains locked, validation has failed. See the staff at the front counter to resolve any issues. Additionally, please remember to scan your key card every time you visit the gym. This allows us to accurately record usage and traffic data.

The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) draft is a payment method whereby the bank automatically, at your instructions, sends monthly dues and any other charges you specify on your Membership Agreement, from your checking, savings, or credit card account directly to the clubs' banking account. The EFT draft system is very convenient for you as a member. You do not have to write a check every month to pay your club dues. There are no finance charges or service charges for processing a successful EFT payment. As funds do not have to be manually handled, the EFT draft process helps keep the club's operating expenses down. This allows memberships fees to be as cost effective as possible.
If an EFT draft transaction is not successful, the bank will attempt to automatically redraft the following day. A service charge will be applied. It is the members' responsibility to pay all previously returned EFT drafts and service charges in the club, through the website or by mail to the Corporate Office.
The Electronic Funds Transfer system is safer and more convenient than other conventional payment methods. Each draft is itemized on your bank or credit card statement. Outside of Bailey's Gym, EFT is the industry standard for banking and billing processes.
