Warren Mallory - Club Manager
Warren began his Baileys life in 2007, and has been a group instructor since 2003. He is originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and came to Gainesville in 2002 to open his former restaurant Pita Pit. He was thrilled to become the manager of Gainesville in December 2013. As manager and a former small business owner, Warren projects the importance of providing and maintaining the highest level of customer service and cleanliness for our members and guests. He has a passion for fitness and enjoys telling the members and guests that becoming a member is a lifestyle change and training is an activity that should be done on a daily basis for the rest of your life. Warren enjoys spending time with his "best friend", his beautiful wife, and close friends. He devotes his free time to boating and traveling, especially on the weekends. Warren’s favorite sport is ice hockey and his favorite team is the Toronto Maple Leafs. After living in Gainesville for the last 12 years, he is also a huge Gator fan!

Robert Strickland - Fitness Consultant
Robert Strickland is an Ocala, Fl native who moved to Gainesville in 2016 to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida. While pursuing his degree, he spent most of his free time weightlifting and playing sports, which sparked a passion for health and fitness. Robert has been a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner since June of 2020 and has since developed a love for the sport. In July of 2021, he joined the Bailey’s Health and Fitness team as a Fitness Consultant to begin his career in the health and fitness industry. He has hopes of one day opening his own Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym. While pursuing his black belt in BJJ, he intends to continue his journey in the health and fitness industry by becoming a certified personal trainer.

Darius Neal - Sweat PT Manager
Darius is a Chicago native who moved to Gainesville to be closer to his family. Darius has a love for fitness and training which led to his position as a Group Fitness Instructor in 2017. Darius then obtained his NASM certification and worked as a personal trainer for Sweat PT. Darius is now the newest Manager of Sweat PT at the our Gainesville location. Darius is passionate about riding his motorcycle, spending time with his girlfriend and taking his dog, King, for walks. Darius is a huge Toronto Raptors fan and was very excited when they won the NBA Championship this year! Go Raptors!
