Virtual classes are group fitness classes taught by expert fitness instructors, in video format. Bailey's Health & Fitness is comitted to providing you with the most up to date fitness technology to help you reach your fitness goals. At Bailey's, we currently offer heart rate tracking MYZONE cycling classes. In addition, our group fitness studios offer a state of the art Fitness on Demand system, featuring Les Mills fitness classes. *Please see individual club amenities for availability at specific locations and class schedules.
You can check in for a scheduled virtual class with our front desk staff. Our staff will add you to the class roster using your Bailey's membership card. Our staff is also available to answer questions you may have regarding the virtual class format or schedule.

Access to the 'Group Fitness Classes' amenity is required to participate in non-cycling virtual classes. The 'Cycling' amenity is required to participate in all cycling classes. If you are unsure if your membership allows access to 'Group Fitness Classes' or 'Cycling', please see our front desk staff for assistance. Also, if your membership does not include the 'Group Fitness Classes' or 'Cycling' amenity, the front desk staff can speak to you about upgrade and a la carte options.
The MYZONE cycling class does not require a MYZONE belt for participation. However, if you are wearing the MYZONE belt during the class, you will see your personal MYZONE tile appear at the bottom of the screen, displaying your heart rate levels throughout the class.
While rare, a power glitch can occasionally cause the system to reboot improperly. Please see the front desk staff for any system issues. Our staff will be happy to help reset the system. Please do not attempt to adjust any Bailey's Health & Fitness equipment.
Virtual classes are varied and unique. We encourage all members to try several class formats for a well rounded fitness approach. The virtual classes are taught at all fitness levels, and instructors provide modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout.

Les Mills on demand gives you the same high quality workouts that are taught in the club, but in video format. These authentic Les Mills workouts are ideal for those individuals who have conflicts with live instructor led classes, for members who would like to try group fitness classes in video format before taking our live instructor led classes, or for anyone looking to take classes in a smaller group setting. Les Mills on Demand provides workouts customized to your fitness level, in convenient time slots for those with non-traditional schedules.
