Club Manager Jared Woznik

 

Jared Woznick  - Club Manager

 

My name is Jared Woznick and I've been with Bailey's Health and Fitness since 2016 and a member since 2013. I got into working out after the first of my 3 ACL surgeries. Once I started, I fell in love, and now I'm a Nationally qualified Men's Physique competitor. I never thought that I would get to this point, and I am always striving to improve and remain healthy.

Director of Group Fitness Donna Vona

Donna Vona - Director of Group Fitness

Donna has been teaching Group Fitness classes since 1991. She is Certified by AFAA in Group Fitness and Personal Training. Donna is also certified by TRX, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, Zumba, and YogaFit. Donna teaches various formats of Group Fitness classes as well as coaching small group trainings. She is currently working on obtaining the Performance Enhancement Specialist certification through NASM.

Fitness Consultant Arianna Hamilton

Arianna Hamilton  -  Fitness Consultant

 

Arianna joined Bailey's in 2016 as a Fitness Consultant. Arianna's fitness interest comes from her experience as a competitive cheerleader and weightlifter in high school. Her personal mission is fostering fitness accountability and encouraging other's to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Arianna is currently attending Florida State College at Jacksonville where she is pursuing studies in Radiology Technology. Arianna also enjoys cheering on her favorite football teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the University of Alabama.

Hi Everyone, My name Ray Cruz! I am the Head Trainer, as well as the SweatPT Manager at our Northside location. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way as possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves, inside and out. Getting fit does not have to be difficult, but often times it is. Why is that? With so much conflicting and contradictory information out there it can be very frustrating and confusing to figure out what to do. Guess what, you’re not alone.
