Ira is a Jacksonville native, just like Bailey’s Health and Fitness. He is the manager of the Parental Home Rd location. With more than 11 years in the customer service industry, his goals are to provide every member with a one of a kind gym experience. His staff will continue to provide a clean, safe, and fun environment for every member, so they can continue to make Bailey’s their home to work out and enjoy their healthier lifestyle. He believes that, “Parental has the best fitness atmosphere in Jacksonville” so on your next visit, be sure to stop by the front desk and let him know what you think. Ira is a huge Florida State Seminoles fan!!! During his off time he loves to spend time with his loving wife and beautiful daughter. He also likes to train for runs like the Gate River Run and rides like the MS 150.

Heidi is our company-wide Director of Group fitness. She is not only a director and group fitness instructor, but someone who is passionate about helping others change their lives through the power of group fitness. Heidi specializes in IGNITE, TRX and P90X. She also obtained her Zumba certification in 2008, AFAA Group Exercise certification in 2010, as well as her CPR/First Aid certification in 2009. She believes that the friendships and bonds formed through group fitness exercise encourage us to stay motivated and accountable to our fitness goals. Aside from fitness, this active mother of SIX children enjoys spending time with her family, and even finds time to attend a few Bailey's relaxing Yoga classes! Heidi is out to prove that healthy never goes out of style, and living a fit life is something that not only changes your body, but the overall quality of your life!

David is the Personal Training Manager of our Parental Home location. He has 10+ years in strength and conditioning and obtained his AFAA PT and CPR/AED certification in September 2014. David carries a passion for providing positive life changing direction through strength and conditioning not only by enhancing the physical but mental toughness as well. He firmly believes that mental well being directly correlates with the science of exercise and the result enhances ones overall well being. His goal is to show each and every individual how to take advantage of resistance training and become as passionate as he is about it. David also has an extensive nutritional background and he firmly believes that what you put in, is what you will get out of it. Proper nutrition is the key to success and it carries the same importance as any workout regimen. His goal above all is to provide a great experience for every client by educating and giving them every tool needed to achieve their own personal success.
