Security
Bailey's considers the safety of our members a top priority. All Bailey's Gym locations utilize a computer controlled card access system. The main member entrance door must be opened via electronic validation. Once inside the lobby, every member must pass through a turnstile type gate, electronically controlled by the system, ensuring each individual entrant has been verified. The system will record all attempts to enter a facility, even if the entry request is denied. All members are required to use their membership card each visit.
Security measures in place include:
- All locations are monitored 24 hours a day with digital recording equipment.
- Cameras are located in all legally permissible member access areas.
- All locations are monitored by an independent alarm company.
- Bailey's employs a team of after-hours roving Security providing coverage at individual locations on an unannounced rotating schedule.
- Bailey's Security team members are available to provide late night escorts to vehicles, as well as report any undesired activity to management and local authorities.
- All locations are equipped with a 911 'Red Phone' at the member gate entrance. Upon pickup, these phones automatically dial 9-1-1.
- All clubs are equipped with automatic defibrillators (AED's).
- Each location is equipped with individual cell phone / key lockers with user assigned combinations during each visit.

Jon Waters - Security
I have worked at Bailey’s Health and Fitness for 15 years and have experience in various departments. My interests include comic books, Star Wars, and staying in shape! My philosophy on fitness: Fitness literally saved my life. The physical condition I was in due to weight training enabled me to survive multiple heart procedures required due to a hereditary condition, including multiple by-passes and multiple valve replacements. To this day, I still challenge myself in the gym. Continuing to push myself...just in case. I’m always willing to share or pass on any knowledge I have based on my experiences and philosophies with weight training.
